Alhamdulillah in the last few weeks the Brampton Sunnatul Islamic Centre and/or the Halaqah Series classes have been busy to say the least.
- In mid October Shaykh Zahir’s Thursday night class completed the Tafsir of Juz ‘Ama and the ’ibadat section in the Hanafi primer, Nur al-Idah.
- On Saturday October 20th, Ustadha Saiema completed Part 2 of 3 – Tajweed for Adult Sisters Course
- On Sunday October 28th, Shaykh Zahir completed the tafsir of Surah Al-Mu’minun in the Sunday Morning class
- On Nov 2nd -4th, by the Tawfeeq of Allah the 42 Hadith compilation of Imam Nawawi was covered in its entirity by 5 of the most distinguished scholars in the GTA
Inshallah we hope to keep the momentum and energy we’ve built up going with some new beginnings.

- Shaykh Zahirs Thursday night class started two new books at the end of October. Namely, Dr. Buti’s Fiqh us-Sirah & the Hikam of Ibn ‘Ata Illah.
- Shaykh Talal has started a course entitled Understanding the Pedagogical Tradition in Islam Monday evenings for 6-weeks. The first class was November 5th, 2007
- Shaykh Zahir will be starting new material during his Sunday Morning class, starting November 11th, 2007 [details to follow with respect to the subjects]
- Arabic as a Language Level 2 (Monday Nights) will be starting November 12th, 2007 with Shaykh Zahir
- ***Part 3 of 3: Tajweed & Recitation Course for Adult Sisters will start on November 17th with Ustadha Saiema Saturday mornings [7 week course]
- An introduction to Islam, a basics class in the do’s/don’t of purification/worship, belief and adab, is set to start Tuesday nights at 7:30 pm. Beginning on November 27th, 2007
